the builder's overall reputation and financial stability are examined by 2-10
HBW professionals, thereby protecting the future home buyer. 2-10 HBW is
recognized for contributing to high-quality standards in the building industry
through careful inspections, not only of builders' work, but also that of
subcontractors.

- First Year : Workmanship and Materials : Vantage
Homes, Inc. assures you that your home will be free from defects in materials
and workmanship during the first year. Should any warranted workmanship and
materials not meet specified quality standards, Vantage Homes, Inc. will have
them corrected within the first year.
- Years 1 & 2 : Major Systems : Vantage
Homes, Inc. will warrant any defects in the electrical, plumbing, and
mechanical systems to the extent stated in the Construction Quality Standards
for two years.
- Years 1 to 10 : Structural Elements : In the
unlikely event that your home develops a warranted structural defect, Home
Buyers Warranty VI will provide you with comprehensive protection against
qualified structural failures to the load-bearing systems of your home for a
full ten years.
